ORDER FULFILLMENT+PROCESSING

Each set, pre-made signature or custom-made, is hand crafted by Cyra of Noir Lotus Nails. From beginning to end, each nail and set is handled with great care and consideration. Pre-made signature sets are ready to ship and orders are usually fulfilled within 3-5 days of the order date. Custom-made sets can have a 2-3 week order fulfillment period. Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received.

As a small business owner and artist, I work diligently to create products for you to enjoy time and time again. I aim to get your press-ons to you in great condition, swiftly. Processing times are subject to change with little or no notice due to circumstances

and variables out of my control.

Things to consider:

Hand crafted products may have slight variations in design and color. Photos capture the likeness of the products and are edited to reflect the best lighting and aesthetic. Colors will not be edited in product images. Due to screen resolution and lighting/coloring differences, actual product colors may vary.

Custom press-on design requests are subject to availability of materials including but not limited to: nail inventory, polish colors and enhancers, rhinestone gems, glitter, accessories, stamps, metal accents, etc. When applying, wearing, and removing press-on nails, please be cognizant of how rough you handle your hands and nails. If taken care of, the press-on nails can be worn multiple times; protect your investment for another slay!

Note: It is normal for accessories to pop off.

All press-on sets contain 22 nails of varying sizes. I do this to ensure you can find the best personal fit without the worry of measuring. You can conveniently try on each nail and apply the best fit to complete your full set. The remaining press-ons can be used for a back-up set or replacements! Note: some light filing can be done to the press-ons to achieve better fit of each nail. If filed, peeling and / or chipping of the gel polish may occur.

Sets are categorized into two size groups: Average and Large. Each group has multiples of each size. "Average" sets have 4 of both the size 6 and size 7 nails. "Large" sets have 4 of both the size 4 and size 5 nails. Shapes and sizes are not universal.

All products are made to serve as personal wear and beauty products. Because of this, in efforts to remain hygienically responsible and mindful, press-on orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not allowed or accepted.

SHIPPING

Pre-made signature press-on sets are ready to ship and orders are usually fulfilled within 3-5 days of the order date.

Custom-made press-on sets have a 1-3 week order fulfillment period. You will receive order status updates and notifications via email.

Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received; you will be notified of the order fulfillment schedule

and shipping date via email after order confirmation.

Shipping is calculated at checkout through USPS (United States Postal Service) and reflects their most recent price and service offerings according to the weight of each fully packaged product. Priority Mail is highly recommended.

USPS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING SERVICE 2022 TIMELINE

USPS Priority Mail Express INTL - Delivery in 3-5 days

USPS Priority Mail INTL - Delivery in 6-10 days

USPS First Class Package INTL Service - Delivery 7-21 days

Please allow the stated number of days for delivery, after order fulfillment / production time.

Verify with USPS projected delivery prior to completing purchase transaction.

When your order is preparing to ship, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. International taxes, customs, and other fees associated with the order, and value of items are the client's responsibility.

Please inquire locally with your territories' laws/fees associated with receiving international packages.

Orders will ship to the address on file. For protections of personal information, addresses cannot be changed once a sale has been finalized and approved via bank card services. Please visit your local USPS office to request an address forwarding if necessary.

Please make sure prior to finalization of purchase that you have the correct address on file for shipping.

Cancellations are approved case by case, and only after a re-order is placed & bank approved with the new address. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address.

Returned/refused packages can be reshipped at the buyer's expense per email request. Packages will be held for a maximum of 14 days while awaiting reship payment. After that 14-day time period the order will be forcibly cancelled and no funds (subtotal, taxes, nor shipping and handling fees) will be eligible for refund or return. See refund policy.

All packages shipped by Noir Lotus Nails via USPS include USPS Tracking. Only Priority Mail packages are insured up to $100. Very rarely does USPS lose or damage packages, but it is recommended that you purchase Priority shipping to insure your items, with the additional perk of expedited shipping. Once packages are processed for shipping at the post office, they are tracked and are now in possession of USPS. Neither I, nor Noir Lotus Nails, is responsible for lost, damaged, misdelivered, undelivered, and / or stolen parcels.

I will assist in trying to locate misdelivered packages and orders but, I cannot guarantee replacement unless items are

shipped via Priority Mail and insured to their full value.

It is the buyer's responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance in locating their package once shipped.

REFUND+RETURN POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders will ship to the address listed on the order form. For protection of privacy, addresses cannot be changed once a transaction has been finalized. Please visit your local USPS office to request an address forwarding if necessary.

If your order has not been shipped, and you wish to change the delivery address, you will need to do the following:

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure an accurate, current, and safe delivery address.

Cancellations and refunds are approved case by case, at the discretion of Noir Lotus Nails and may lead to a store credit.

CUSTOMSET ORDER POLICY

All custom press-on sets come with 1 base color and 1 painted design of chosen color(s) at a base cost of $25 +tax

(charged as a non-refundable deposit fee). All design requests, additional accessories, and accents will incur charges that will be added to the total cost of the custom set. The deposit is required before custom press-on set design and production can begin.

Set details and total price will be refined and confirmed in 3-5 business days via email once order is submitted and confirmed. Your custom order is agreed upon in advance via our custom order form and confirmed with a deposit payment. Custom set details will be discussed and finalized via email communication. Once details have been confirmed, a total price will be determined and relayed via email. The customer must agree via written correspondence to pay the remaining balance of the total cost of the press-on set as determined by Noir Lotus Nails. All costs of production have been incurred by Noir Lotus Nails. Once the custom press-on set is complete, a confirmation email and invoice will be sent with directions for the final payment, which is due upon invoice receipt.

The customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance of the total cost (minus the $25 deposit) prior to the order shipment.

Orders will be held for a maximum of 14 days while awaiting balance payment. After that 14-day time period, if the balance has not been paid, the customer forfeits their deposit fee and any rights / claims to the items in their unpaid order.

Custom-made sets can have a 2-3 week order fulfillment period. Your order will be processed in the order in which it was received.

You are reserving a spot for your custom order but it may take up to 20 business days to complete based upon the procurement of required materials to achieve your desired design. Communication between the customer and Noir Lotus Nails will be through the email address provided at order placement. Order production and fulfillment updates will include pictures of the sketched requested set design and the final product prior to shipping.

Custom press-on orders are non-refundable.

Noir Lotus Nails does not accept cancellations on any custom press-on orders; once custom order designs are finalized and under production, alterations cannot be made. Noir Lotus Nails takes no responsibility for any requested changes mid-production and for the procurement of materials ordered.
